Simple Minimalist (Chick façade)

Hope sometime I can buy land and develop from this layout to design my house with add fishpond/ garden…”dream” :P

Facade

Simple design, that is my third design. Not many ornament, just green gate with hollow c/w white list & comb motif as the vocal point at the column but make me satisfied with this facade. Green list along façade in elevation 3.3m to make the topside not empty. Door & window with wood purpose to give accent to this façade besides black  color at gate roof & carport column.

Layout

3 bedroom, guest area, living room, kitchen, store, wash area, dinning room, carport & medic room…that all must be design in 8x13m (104m²). Need 1 month to design this house because load of my work at office. But, I’m happy can finish this design at the time & bring to my sister for approval…..”no comment”.

2 bedroom I can manage to equipped with sunlight window, but 1 room I can’t get good window. Maybe if the land still have space at side, this is will be great layout that I design. Master bedroom equipped with bathroom & this room have window to carport, only see car “no choice”….wkwkk

Service area is in one location, so that is make better circulation to do anything without disturb the other room.

Fence

Fence only from square hollow & simple design, as per the theme.

Carport

Black column also as the support of blue canopy to balance main house/ gate.

Colorful Façade Minimalist House

olorful, that is first word that anybody said about this home façade that is my second design. Green, dark yellow & orange that color of the home facade. Natural stone apply at the gate make the vocal point at this facade. Terrace second floor is design like box with orange color & minimalist black fence to balance with the gate bellow. Corner window, comb motif with gray color & green list outside make this corner not lost the eye cathing.

Experience with the first design, this home I try to make low cost with not to many ornament & trying to use color to apply in this façade.

With the 225m2 (15x15m), the owner ask to build only a half of the land. This house will be design with 2 level.

First floor

In the second design for the layout I use photoshop to make this layout is more real with the furniture/ electronic & other appliance so the owner can imagine more real with their home future before realized to build. First floor, 2 bedroom, guest area, living room, kitchen, store, mushola, wash area & small garden (for this garden I not really sure if will be good design, just as per owner request). So small space but so many room in this house, no choice but try to organize to make the owner satisfactory.

Second floor

Second floor is only contains 1 bedroom, living room & bathroom. Window at bedroom with the 2 angle, side of house & front. Second floor also equipped with terrace.

Perspective

In this picture, bathroom for master bedroom is located bellow stairway to maximize the space. Window every room & at stairway guaranteed the sunlight will be entered in all room.

Horse Saddle Roof Facade (Minimalist Style)

 This is my first design for architectural house project, get order from my sister friend. Two floor house with minimalist concept, combination white, gray, orange color & wood finishing make this house facade is dynamic. Many profile/ ornament list I add in the façade to make this house look smooth because that time I not confidence with the façade that only have a few ornament, but maybe this will be make the façade is to crowded. But this is my first trial to design of house completely, start from design layout, furniture arrangement, electrical, detail of window/ door, etc until the cost estimation.

Software that I used for 3D is auto-cad v2000.

Total area 144m² (12x12m), first floor is consist of 1-master bedroom, 1-guest room, guest area, kitchen, living room,  wash area, store, dinning room, carport, outdoor garden & small indoor garden. Second floor consist of 2-bedroom with living area & study room. The second floor is only build a half area (about 54m²).



Facade

Idea façade of this design is about horse saddle roof  with combination of orange gate than added with comb motif & window at corner that make this house is modern minimalist look. So many think that want to apply on this façade because this is my first original design. Orange gate added with square wood for  rain protection & night lamp I think is make this gate is sweet.

 


Room

When design this house, I make sure if the all room is have sufficient air & light circulation. Roof above small indoor garden inside house have high roof & transparent roof to provide natural light enough. Service area (carport, kitchen, bathroom & wash area) is in one area to make the circulation is not disturb private activity.

Kitchen

This area is connected to dinning room to make easy during serve food from kitchen to dinning room with small gate.

Living Area

Plafond design at this area is equipped with backdrop to make the lighting effect.

Indoor Small garden

Small garden is located at the center of living area, so can enjoy from living room, dinning room & master bedroom. Background of the garden by natural stone to make this garden is natural & added by fountain.

Cost estimation

Cost of construction this house that time (dec 2006) is estimated Rp.240 million. With 180m² building area (first floor-126 m², second floor-126 m²) so the cost average is Rp.1.3 million, that time standard cost of building is Rp.1.5 ~ Rp.1.6 million.

My correction for next design :

-         to many ornament at this façade

-         concrete roof is smooth but the cost is expensive

-         layout need to re-arrangement (1^st design is not bad)
